IF YOUR NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR WRONG (DUE TO OUR MISTAKE), OR YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS PLEASE REACH OUT TO US  VIA EMAIL WITH A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE ALONG WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS (PICTURES). WE WILL RESPOND  WITHIN 24 HOURS.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE CONDUCTED WITHIN 30 BUISNESS DAY FOR A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen please reach out directly to the shipping carrier to put in an investigation request so they can further conduct their investigation, so they can try to retrieve your lost package or refund you if the carrier misplaced your package.
